ammend credit counseling, scott helterbridle, seemed very professional, payments made to most creditors then all hell broke loose. Example, there seem to bethat i was communicating with 3 different counselors all pretending to be mr helerbridle with no clue. it was more like a jeckle, hyde thing took over the correspondance & inquiry of how to find my balance and which creditors I still owed. why hsbc ?, er solutions,? paypal again? ge again? wait a minute. I paid them off 2 years ago. I seem to be in the loop of creditors' collector game with a twist. selling off my credit information to several collectors without verifying payments of $182.00 for 2 years. smaller amount 1st year. kicked off the program after a threat to turn them over to media. Thats when the kind professor helterbride reappeared in the communication with clear head. anyhow the milk is now spilled i hope this will help many consumers. I only have two creditors to finish up paying ,hallelujah with debit auto monthly. ammend refunded $360.00. So someone fleece me so good. I still want to thank the someone that took the time to open this ripoff-tip off spot where i can complain& warn and say thank you,cheers to all.At least the experience left me strong enough to at least send out a toast to life once again.
