I ordered signs from this company and was told they would be ready in 2 days. It ened up taking a week and a half. Each time I would call, the employee would sigh and say, "Yeah, I'm trying to pressure him to get on it and finally get it done. He's never here." I finally got the signs and forgot about it. I went back 2 months later to get somehing changed on the signs.
They said it would be ready that same day I dropped the signs off. I live 45 miutes away so I hung around town all day, waiting and I kept getting the same answer, "The guy who does the signs left for a while and I don't know when he'll be back. Call back in 30 minutes." The last time I called back after 30 minutes, I was told, "We will call YOU when it's done." So after spending all day in town, I decided to go home. They said the signs woud be ready the next day. Given my experience with the inefficiency of this company, I called the next day to see if the signs were ready to be picked up. They said yes. I got there at 2:40. They were closed. The door was locked, lights were off, and appeared to be no one there. The sign on the door said they closed at 3:00. There was a note on the door from someone else needing their business, indicating they had closed before we got there at 2:40. We waited for the full 20 minutes until 3:00. I called the store and got the answering machine. On the machine, there was a cell phone number.
I called the number but there was no answer. I was concerned because I didn't know when I could get back to the store to get the signs again due to work. I was also concerned about loss of business because I got about a call every day from the signs. I was only going to be in town for another hour so I called the cell # a few times and still....no answer. I finally left a message, saying that I would like a call back about this or else we could go to civil court. Finally, the guy in the store called me back, blessing me out, saying I was acting crazy!!!!! He then said that all he had done was step outside for 5 minutes. I told him this was not true because we waited for the full 20 minutes until his closing time and never saw him and like a I said before, there was alreadya note from someone else on his door so he had been closed before we had even gotten there! He yelled, "I'M NOT ON TRIAL HERE!!!!!" He came back to the store to give me my signs (I guess to avoid a civil suit). When I got home, I had a message from him on my answering machine saying,
"SO, AM I SUPPOSED TO BE FREAKING OUT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE?????" and loudly hung up! I couldn't believe this! When I left him a message on his cell, I made it clear that my husband and I were in town on our cell phone and gave him the cell #. He called the home # FIRST. He KNEW we weren't home. I'm sure he just did this out of an inappropriate vengeful spite. I've seen rude employees before but I've never in my life seen someone who doesn't care at all about their company's reputations nor their customers. I was astounded at this company and if I can help anyone else avoid being misused by them, I'll certainly let them know about it!

I can understand frustration due to the signs not being done as fast as one pleased, but if that were the case, why would one go back and do business with the company a second time?
To go as far as to claim that the company is actually taking the time to single her out, purposely mentally abuse her, if you, will be calling the "wrong phone number," is absolute nonsense, as is her threat of a "civil suit."
I hope that the sign company takes her to court for libel.
