On April 29, 2017 - I signed an agreement with AMP Security LLC of 1216 S 820 E #300 American Fork, UT 84003 with an understanding that I could cancel with one week without any fees.  So on Monday, May 1, 2017, I called their customer service number 800-817-3918 and attempted to cancel -- but was informed that all cancellations must go through the retention department and that they would call me 48 hours later.  I called the same number on May 4, 2017 because I had not heard from anyone -- they took the cancellation and scheduled a removal of their equipment on May 10, 2017.  The technician arrived on May 10 and completed the removal with verification back to the home office.  On May 11, 2017 - AMP Security debited my Bank account for $99, so I called them and they stated the fee would be reimbursed to me.  On May 18, 2017 I contacted AMP Security again because they still  had not reimbursed and the gentlemen stated it would take 8-10 days to refund me my money. This is a SCAM & Fraud, something needs to done about this company.
