I have never been more horrified with a company then I have with amp'd mobile. I signed a contract for unlimited minutes for two phone lines.hint hint umlimited. They sent me a bill for $690. only after my phone broke and I had to go and get a new one. They then proceeded to charge my credit card three different times without authorization.

When I tried to call customer service I was hung up on mulitple times.One guy named Lewis hung up on me right after I asked for his supervisor. Then I tried to call muliple times with no luck.

I finally got aphone call from them saying that everything would get taken care of and that I would be recieving a call back from the company. No call back. Then my phone gets shut off.

I finally go down to the dealer that sold me the phone. He got a guy on the phone named Dominique, who proclaimed that i owed the company $1012.00. I've only been with the company for 90 days. He then told me that he knew that the charges were incorrect, but that there was nothing that he could do.

After about two hours of arguing. He said that if I paid him $600.00 they would turn my phone back on. Knowing that I don't owe this money I asked to speak with someone that could help me. He said that the billing department is closed on the weekend and there is nothing he can do for me unless I pay the money.

So after all of this I still cannot get help. I call and get hung up on. I try to get online and they say that my account is not valid. I have never been treated so bad. This has been the most frusturating experience I've ever had with a company. When I signed the contract I expected the services to be rendered. I use these phones for my business and rely that they will work and or at least be able to talk to someone for help. Amp'd did none of the above. I hope nobody has to go through what I have with this company.. good advise-Don't use amp'd mobile.
