     I was told during the interview that this was a Monday through Friday forty hour hour job with flat rate per day compensation. It was the exact opposite. I had to work  60-80 hour work week with no concern for overtime, weekends or holidays. No training was provided either. With long hours and understaffing mistakes were made. Of course, all this poor project management was blamed on me. Furthremore, the interviewers made travel benefits and compensation sound great,  but in the long term you are better off taking a local job with benefit. Weekends consisted of Sundays only and 1099 that requires LLC for protection will not be provided by the company. They'll overwork you and underpay you. Ron Prosser is an incredibly arrogant greedy man who is not afraid to take advantage of his employees. Do yourselves a favor and don't work for Amplex Group Services!

Hi all, 

Yes we had a Copurt case brought to us on Contractors we used feeling they were misclassified by what a lawyer had told them in the end they had to repay 150,000 in restitution to our company for attorney fees to defend there false claims and as they signed contracts and they billed our company as a business name under their names the jury had ruled in our favor.

Your statements to make our company look bad is false if you supposedly did services for our comapny as an independent contractor you would of signed a contract as did the gentlemen in the lawsuit that was filed. in which you post a copy on this report but you dont post the results as these gentlemen had to lost this lawsuit based on the contract they signed in which clearly stated they were independent contractors and billed us for there services as you would of if you did services for us in multiple states in which we dont service. The gnetlemen also in this lawsuit had to pay restitution for our attorney fees for 150,000 for the fake lawsuit they filed where is that in your statements?

I worked at Amplex Group Services for more than a year

Pros

I'm Sorry I try to be fair but I cannot think of a Single one.

Cons

If I Listed them All this Would be longer than a Tolstoy Novel. Overworked Under-Paid Unlawful and Unsafe working Conditions, The List is long and Distinguished. CEO Ron Prosser is an Outright Criminal and Con-Artist. The Company should be Investigated by California Dept. Of Labor As Well as US Dept. of Labor For Human Trafficking and Rights Violations. I cannot Say it Any Stronger avoid these people at all Costs they are not honest and on the level.

Nothing Good can come with being associated with this company I don't care what they may promise. I have Seen them Strand Technicians in the middle Of Nowhere not pay them for Work performed if they find some reason to be unhappy with the Job done. Then when any Allegations of Misconduct or Mistreatment Come Up they falsely claim we don't know this person or they never worked for us. This is all a Stand Denial Technique and Clever Attempt by Mr. Prosser or his defenders to Avoid State & Federal Revenue and Labor authorities.

Everything Associated with this Company and their Business Practices is Geared Towards avoiding Tax Liability or Accountability to regulatory authorities, it's a Very Shady Group to put it simply. They Hire you out of Amplex Group Services and Require you To wear their Uniforms and I.D. Badge that Clearly State Amplex Group Services while on the Jobsite. Then Claim Falsely that you don't work for them. You get your Paycheck from Some Shell Company under various different names that only Exists on Paper at a P.O. Box outside of Las Vegas NV. They Also Seem to Hide behind an Army of Lawyers To defend their Clearly unlawful business Practices. This is the most Dishonest Outfit I have ever dealt with and they need to be shut down. Additionally if you check California State civil Court records they have been Sued By everybody in town both Customers as well as Former Employees. Don't WALK RUN away as fast as you can.

Advice to Management

Hire Good Lawyers as you Will need them someday when the Truth about what this company has been Doing for many years comes out I see Prison Terms In Peoples Future that are affiliated with this company.

If your company is so great then please explain why there is a slew of negative employment reviews on the internet? Behind every story there are two versions. However, if multiple employees are taking their employers to court and leaving bad reviews enough is enough!

You sound like a corporate tool completely unable to think for him/herself. Give me a break, it's just a job. Heck, I've never seen such poor writing from an adult before. Take a writing class or two.

Hi there! If your company is so  great then please explain to me why there are so many negative reviews on other websites such as Indeed and Glassdoor?

Why were there multiple lawsuits filed against the company? Could it be employees aren't treated well?  They all possibly can't be lying, can they?

Come on Man...I worked for this company too!  They were always good to me Ron Prosser was the man, always giving to the church and my kids sports programs. I worked there 4 years and when I had my 2nd son it was just hard to travel as much as the job required.

 

Thank you, Ron Prosser and all of my friends I made and customers miss you all.

Everyone has a right to there feelings

I have been a part of this company for over 15 years and understand people have the right to their own individual feelings. The thought of ones feeling over being told in an interview of days of work and no training in which has never happen since this company started is very disturbing that they are even telling the truth. We have over 68 installers Nationwide and in the Canada regions with many over 11 years being with our company, this job requires extensive training and if this anonymous person didn't make it through the training he probably was no longer used is our thoughts and now he wants to make a statement by writing a bad review. There was a case against our company and in the end it was dismissed with no guilt when the people in question clearly stated they signed a contractual agreement. We value our 17 years in business under the Leadership of Mr. Prosser and will continue to strive for our Christian Core Values and amazing Culture hand in hand with all of our staff as we all continue to work together to follow all of our success and growth not only in the USA and Canada but the borders beyond. .....

In closing: We value all the team that has had the opportunity to say they worked for Amplex Group Services. This annoymous installer the job is not for everyone and if you really worked here the only way you had an opportunity to work for this company is was by someone you new that was apart of this team already? (in which you new all the facts upfront) . We are sorry if we didn't feel you had what it took. (clearly the post you wrote was a good decision on our part) Take care best wishes Amplex Team
