Lost my spare keys when I went out with a couple of my girl friends. Called in the middle of the night and this young, unintelligible man who introduced himself to me as "Mikey" came. He sized up the three of us in a weird and odd way but we brushed it off. Then he sees the lock and looks at me and tells me it's a new lock. We argue and I tell him no it's just a basic one. A doorknob and a deadbolt. Same things he came telling me he could install with his own boxed product. We are freezing and finally he says he won't pick the lock at all and whips out this massive drill and takes a drill to my locks and rips apart my deadbolt. After an hour and a half of him doing this he offers to one of my friends his car so that she can warm up. Then we get inside and he starts trying to push this set of locks and dead bolts he has sitting in his car. I told him no and that I'd put in my own (another set for my house was sitting in front of the door). He then tells me that instead of paying $75 for this lock and then another $75 for him to install it, he can install mine for $65 even though I'm holding a drill in my hands.

I say no to his $20 calling over fee, $40 unlocking, and his extra random locks so he leaves to rework his numbers to charge me $220. I ask if he's serious and we have a hard time understanding him because he literally was barely making sense. We get intimidated by having him inside the house and watching my friend too closely so we just give him the money and I install the new lock to make sure he doesn't get any ideas. I call the number on the receipt he gave me and they're telling me to call Harry, the manager. Then they tell me that they'll file the complaint. BUT OH ITS NOT OVER. Leximet starts flooding my texts telling me in broken english that I need to ask my friend for her number so he can have it. I was busy and wasn't answering and he won't stop texting and asking. I filed another complaint because of harassment and no one is getting back to me. I've called 5 times a day to get in touch with this "Harry" about his worker but I guess I'll just get a friend who's a lawyer to deal with this instead. Might be fun for them. TL;DR overcharged me and told me that my locks were some high tech security locks when they weren't, locksmith was super creepy, impossible to understand (clear through texts be barely speaks English), then ended up harassing me for my friends number.
