I am writing this complaint as Amsterdam Seed Company has totally Ripped-Me-Off for $301.60, Misrepresented themselves, and directly lied to me by not honoring “Their Word” and I have Proof.
July 23rd 2017, I purchased (in 2 shipments, because they cannot handle an order over $500.00) over $301.00 in seeds, specifically Rainbow Kush and Blue Dream XTRM on a double-up deal. Something was wrong with these seeds as they would not germinate. The Support Team directed me to return the seeds for a full replacement. I did so.
On 08/22/17 I mailed the seeds in question back to the company through USPS. I never heard back from AMS. I finally on Sept. 18th 2017, wrote inquiring about the seeds, they told me they had been having “Problems” receiving mail, but said they “would send the replacements”. THEY NEVER DID! Also, they have completely STOPPED communicating with me. I have never been told by a company that they would do something and then BREAK their PROMISE and cut you off. 100% Customer Satisfaction is what their saying is, this company DOES NOT Stand behind their WORD. 100% NO TRUST, 100% DISATISFACTION. I been completely ripped-off by AMSTERDAM SEED COMPANY for $301.60.

Yes, I have no problems with the timely manner in which your seeds arrive. However, since receiving my last shipments I have had enormous problems germinating certain seeds. These seeds in question are Rainbow Kush and Blue Dream Extreme, I have had no luck germinating any of these seeds. As a response to your teams offer I have sent back both Rainbow Kush and Blue Dream Extreme for replacement. I am hoping that you receive these seeds soon, Also I did not send back all seeds as some them had rotted, some split open with a small radicle but did nothing more. I really didn't understand the team member that responded when she said send back all un-germinated seeds, if she meant, send us back everything you didn't try to germinate OR send us back everything you tried germinating AND those you didn't try to germinate. I am hoping that I receive 20 seeds of both strains. I have since order 10 Lemon-cello seeds along with the Seed Booster you are selling on the website. I have never had any problems germinating seeds so I am very perplexed. Thank you so much for taking time to hear from me. Hopefully we can continue.

Yes. I've been waiting for a full 6 weeks since returning the seeds you sold me July 23 2017 to reply to this email. I sent these seeds vis USPS back to AMS after having zero success germinating Blue Dream XTRM and Rainbow Kush. In all I returned close to 40 seeds to AMS, less the one that unsuccessfully germinated. I have had no response from AMS. I would not have returned these seeds if you hadn't suggested it. The total of this order is over $301.00. If returning seeds to your company is a risk then you should not be suggesting returning them to customers. Had they been confiscated by customs I'm sure I would have heard something about this parcel, after all I had my return address on them. So AMS am I out $301.00 for following your suggestion of returning these seeds for full replacement?
