I have never written a complaint about anything until now. So please, do not waste your time, or especially your money on this so called auto marketing system. Unfortunately, I did. I had been trying to sell my 94 Chevy for about a week when this auto marketing company contacted me on my cell phone. I told them to buzz off a few times, but they kept calling until one day I was connected to a representative who convinced me to use their system because QUOTE "We have customers in your area waiting to purchase a vehicle exactly like yours for the price you're asking, but can't find another vehicle like it" END QUOTE. I told her I was in a hurry to sell my truck, and she proceeded to tell me how nice the truck was, how quickly it would sell, how so many people were looking for one just like it, guaranteed results blah blah blah. I am extremely irritated by the fact that I fell for this bull S***. Before wasting my $149, I got online and read their "guarantee" which I cannot copy past on here for some reason (I wonder why). It basically states customers may get all but $29 back if they are not happy with the service. You can check out this guarantee here: http://www.amsvehiclesales-support.com/guarantee.asp?tcsi=CB1AE639-C3F5-4A21-A225-79418BB5DBEF&WI=

You can also check out my account provided by the company at: http://www.amsvehiclesales-support.com/customer/home.asp?tcsi=CB1AE639-C3F5-4A21-A225-79418BB5DBEF&WI=.... It has pictures and infor regarding my vehicle, basically like a craigslist ad.

I have patiently waited for a phone call regarding my truck, but guess what... NOT EVEN ONE PERSON HAS CALLED ME. So, EXTREMELY unhappy with the service, I called the company today and asked for my money back. They said that I was not eligible for a refund because I purchased a different account package which does not include the refund. Are you kidding me? Does it say that anywhere in their "guarantee?" Nope. I have never been so upset and frustrated with a so called company in my life. Also, I have never dealt with such a deceiving company. So far, nothing they told me was true. Honestly, if I would have had at least a few people call me to come look at my truck, I would not be sitting here typing this complaint. But it seems to me that this company is a scam, fraud, a complete waste of time, and a complete waste of money.
