I tried to order a birthday present for my friend, but the order was canceled close on the day. The cancelling notice was sent on the day of the order, when the order is arranged to be delivered early morning.
 
I had to reorder, and of course, missed my friend's birthday completely. 

For my order, I chose a "Possibly Pink" flower arrangement (figure 1). The second picture was what was delivered. Needless to say, the product is not up to par, and frankly, is not worth what I paid ($35 + tax + express shipping).

Amy Florist I ordered Mother's Day flowers and someone at the florist CANCELLED my order the very next day and didn't tell me. I found out 2 days later on my email. I tried calling, no answer. The bank said there was no refund like they claimed in the email. No wonder there is no physical address! I would have been down there in a second!! Even if I had to fly down there. That was almost 100.00 worth of flowers. Thankfully my bank agreed to satisfy my claim. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! Unknown Internet

Amy Florist ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! Took my order at 9am and was supposed to deliver by 3. This was for my 20th Wedding Anniversary! They charged my card and Never delivered flowers! Amy Florist Looked online for a florist to send flowers to my mother. Ordered them online thru Amy Florist and used my credit card. Ordered on June 12, 2014, card was charged, no flowers ever delivered. You call the number given and it goes straight to voice mail and the voice mail is full.
