I received a business opportunity discount items to open a dollar store or a flee market place. the offered me a brochure that had to be paid for. I requested the said brochure or information and from that moment on I have been charged to my credit card the ammount of $39.95 every single month, but at that time I got sick (Diabetes) and live for my country of origin, Venezuela, for treatment. Ever since I have been chrged and the credit card company that at the same time is issued by my back, claim that I have to get in touch with that company and claim then directly. They have a Web page that you can easily reach and they have a contact space to be filled but they do not answer neither the 800 line nor the notes you send them via Internet. I changed my credit card and the bank automatically switched them into my new credit card. I do not know what to do, they have been subtracting me the same ammount for over two years.
