An Elite Moving And Storage Canceled my move and I'm still paying for it. Littleton Colorado

My friend and neighbor suggested I ust this company because they quoted $65/hour for moving our big furniture a few miles down the street to a bigger house on Fort Carson. The day of her move Jan 31, the truck and movers showed up with an EXPIRED REGISTRATION and were not allowed to get on post. She let me know and I promptly called to cancel my Feb 7th. move and hired another company.

I was quoted a $50 credit card deposit and charged $100. I pointed this out to the lady who answered the phone, she apologized and said she'd take care of it. I didn't expect any problems because I canceled well in advance of my move date.

Three weeks later I still have not been reimbursed for that deposit so I am having my bank rescend the payment. I don't advise anyone to use this service.
