Anaheim Mitsubishi I got ripped off and was sold a defective car Anaheim California

My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse form Anaheim Mitsubishi about 4 months ago. Since then it has over heated twice and hed the radiator replaced. Also, the driver side door handle is broken and about to fall off and about 2 weeks ago it started to make a loud clunking noise that is coming from the head where the cylinders are located. The first time it over heated was 5 days after we bought it. They said it was caused from a clogged cooling hose and a blown head gasket. Then about 3 weeks later we took it in for a routine service and about 3 to 4 days after it over heated again. This time it was caused by the person they suposedly call a mechanic not replacing the oil or antifreeze. After finding this out I desided not to take it back to there service department and took it to my brother-in-law who is a real mechanic and we replaced the radiator and added the antifreeze and oil that they had failed to add. Now it is making a loud noise that is coming from the head and it started about 2 weeks ago. I am starting to wonder if they even changed the head gasget. I feel like I should have a new engine dropped in it because of all the problems that have gone wrong with it or put into a different car or new car for the same price and payments we got ours for. I mean come on! This as ridiculous!!! I also refered a friend to them before all this happened to ours and now 3 months after he bought his it is making the same noise mine is making. I really think something should be done about this because both my wife and I and my friend are really frustrated and pissed off about this.
