I want the Public to be aware of Analytical Surveys, Inc. located at 707 Easy St. Garland, Tx 75042 (972) 272-6287, John Turner.
Because I will be persuing litgation against this company, I will only briefly explain what has happened. A property boundary line agreement was signed which located the proper points on my property, specifically a NW iron pipe that was set in 1936 (the original marker). This was covered by cement which was removed for my surveyor to point it's location. Global Land Surveying, hired by me, set this point of my NW corner at this pipe and prior to this boundary agreement with my neighbor, Dorothy Boone. Tom Boone, Dorothy Boone, and Analytical Surveys were all aware of this point and made no issue at all about this NW pipe. After my wife and I signed this boundary line agreement, Analytical Surveys and Tom Boone began to manipulate the pipes and rods, and began to inch over more onto my property. As a matter of fact, prior to signing this agreement, I built a fence set 1/2 inch East of this NW pipe in which it was inspected by the Town of Highland Park, Tx. There were no issues by the Boone's and/or Analytical Survey. Then mysteriously, after the agreement was signed by my wife and I, Analytical Surveys came out many times and started placing rods again in the back alley and a rod next to the 1936 pipe set 1/2 inch East of NW pipe were I originally pulled my string point to set my fence.
CONSUMERS BEWARE, this is outright property fraud and unethical behavior. I have complained to John Turner several times and have given Analytical Surveys and the Boone's enough time to correct their unethical behavior. Unfortunately, I will have to file a lawsuit for fraud, unethical conduct, DTPA, and their manipulation of property boundaries. I am also aware that other complaint(s) have been filed with the Texas Land Surveying Board in Austin, Texas against Analytical Surveys. Dear Public...
Please take the time to read all of this man's allegations against various companies. It is completely obvious that he did not get his way and as my 5 year old says it, "now he is throwing a hissy fit!"
He has obviously gone overboard. All companies/individuals named in related reports fell victim to a stubborn person (i.e. Sam) who did not get his way. The State Bar of Texas has been involved and dismissed claims. The said company Analytical Surveys has been truthfully involved and came to an honest conclusion that the land property line was not in favor of the author of this report.
He is angry... understandable. But like all other adults do, he needs to take a big girl pill and deal, instead of turning a blind eye to the facts.
I am responding to this report almost 3 years later. Analytical Surveys is still in business... so the author's intent to shut them down was unsuccessful. Sorry Sam. Please find better things to do with your time rather than slander the innocent.

I gave Analytical Surveys (John) an opportunity to correct their innapropriate conduct, however, he and his company as a direct result of their non-response have verified by their non-response that their fraudulent behavior is indeed true. They have chosen not to defend themselves in a Public forum arena, therefore, they will answer my complaint before a Dallas District Judge where I will pursue shutting this company down from doing business with the public.
