Anand Systems, Inc. Hotel Business Software Experts DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Tracy, California

This company is sheisty! I purchased ASI Frontdesk from them for my personal use. I used my personal credit card while I was renting/managing a hotel. When my time at the hotel was done I removed the software that I HAD PURCHASED and thought that was the end of that situation. Not so. I contacted Anand Systems, Inc. to find out about using the software with a different hotel I was considering managing. The other hotel had more rooms and I would need to purchase the correct license for more rooms but when I started questioning Anand about not adding more rooms to my license Anand first started backpedaling and saying I would need to re-buy the software (over $600) and when I questioned having to re-buy software I had already paid for they informed me that my original software was being used by whomever was currently running the hotel I vacated. I informed them that it had to be a fraud because I had removed the software because it was software I purchased for me and not for anyone else. I asked how it was possible that anyone could be using my software when I removed it from the computer and I asked them to deactivate it because no one had permission to use the software I had purchased. I am hotelmangocr.com and that is who the software was purchased for using my personal credit card. I told them I wanted my money back or I wanted them to cease service to whomever was using the software I paid for. They refused and kept trying to get me to re-buy their software.

Even if they didn't want me to re-use the software with a different hotel I don't see how they have the right to take software I paid for FOR MY USE and say whoever is using it now is the new owner when Anand has control enough of the software to stop whoever is illegally using the software. I still have all e-mail communications between myself and Anand Systems, Inc or "ASI" and I still have my receipt for payment. What I don't have is the software I paid for even though I backed up all information for ASI FrontDesk, took it with me and then removed the software from the computer I had been using. When they realized I wasn't about to buy the software again they wouldn't even respond to me anymore. Because I reside internationally they know there isn't much I could do. The plane ticket to get back to the U.S. to take them to small claims court would be more than what I would be rewarded.

I may not get justice but I hope my experience helps someone else before they put their money in this company. These people are sheisty thieves and cannot be trusted.
