When i visit in this company for release my car then company staff says submit 7000 To 8000 in company account then after company release your car.

When i ask about this amount from staff then staff says ( this is estimate charges ) Then after start arguement with staff members BUT staff says 1 line again & again.

If you are repair your car from this agency then agency not charge any estimate charges OR yu repair your car from CHANDIGARH LOCAL TOYOTA AGENCY then 1st submit 8000 Rupees to the ( ANAND TOYOTA AGENCY ) H.P.

I was fedup and immediately contact with TOYOTA CUSTOMER CARE regarding this charges front of staff members & customer care said ( TOYOTA BRAND NOT CHARGE ANY FEES FROM CUSTOMER LIKE THAT ) after that staff again repeat 1 line ( ( ANAND TOYOTA AGENCY ) H.P ) submit 5000 rupees and release your car.

On the spot i dont have any other way & i will submit 5000 rupees & company release my CAR.

BUT before submit amount company said ( GIVE FEEDBACK TO THE COMPANY & WRITE IN WORDING ) about complain to the customer care.
