 Received this letter from Mr. Larry Hourd on February 21, 2017 stating that I was the winner from AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION with the PRIZE AWARD for Option A: Single check if winner Payable Funds : $1,325,000.00 or Option B $2,000,000.00 with no taxes withheld. That I must submitted a Premium fee due for delivery $11.89 and if I elect to rush processing add $3.00 total for $14.89. in a check, cash or moneyorder. I decided to check if this letter was legitimate, but found out that it was a scam through RipOFF ofline. Thank you for this site. Teri M
