Larry Hourd ANC Award Notification Commission Got official looking letter stating I won 2 million dollars. Form number was 13570. Said I could get lump sum of $1,327,940.00 or $66,666.66 a year for 30 years. Just had to sign letter confirming my valid entry number #85538965-476979/292847427 and send them a check for $12.99. Or $15.99 to rush my extra premium offer of $2,500.00 gift certificate which I did send to them after I looked it up online and found out it was a scam and I was just ripped off! This is ridiculous! Got official looking letter in the US mail 3-17-2016 stating I won 2 million dollars. Just had to sign letter and send money! Official form #13570. And my valid entry # 85538965-476979/292847427. I could pick to get lump sum of $1,327,940.00 or $66,666.66 a year for 30 years all before taxes of course. Also required to send $12.99 to get premium offer of $2,500.00 gift certificate or $15.99 to rush delivery of these. Sent a check before I looked it up online to find out I was scammed and ripped off! This is rediculous! Larry Hourd & the Award Notification Commission need to be stopped!
