I received the ANC letter, claim number 7824C, this past week. I was immediately suspicious as no legitimate company would ask the winners to send money to them. The payoffs look like those offered by Publishers Clearing House - I wonder if this is where they get our addresses - Beware and ignore all letters that require the "winners" to forward money - they are scammers!
