We moved intros trailer park about 2 years ago. When we moved in, we had a piece of our siding missing and some screens. They told us they ordered the siding and screens and that we would have them within a couple weeks. NOTHING has been fixed. We have informed them that our air ducts are not properly connected to our trailer, resulting in our central air/heat being on almost CONSTANTLY, and they will NOT fix it. We had our screen door ripped off twice due to high winds during the winter (and it wasn't even installed properly in the first place). They refused to fix it, saying it was OUR fault the door was ripped off. This past summer, our air stopped working. We called them and informed them, and when they came out to look at it, they told us someone had cut the wires (there were none, except the thick copper wrapped in black tubing, and that was fine), and that we would have to pay for the repair. There was nothing cut, and once we confronted them, they never brought it back up, ignoring us about it Our water crock us ALWAYS filling up (and it's not supposed to, because that means a leak!), and because of this, our water bills are upwards of $150/month! We asked multiple times for someone to be sent to look at it, and none of our calls were returned. We had to flag someone down when they were driving by, and all he said was that it was "ground water," when there is NO water ANYWHERE! They REFUSE to work with you if you are running late on your rent (due to maternity leave, lay-offs, etc.), and want too much money for trailers that are pieces of CRAP! COMPLETE CRAP! You can tell where our trailer was put together, because the molding is coming apart from the center/ceiling and you can see lights coming from other rooms. This trailer park does not want to deal with the problems that arise in these mobile homes, and ignore any attempts at you contacting them to let them know things that are going wrong. They feed you lies about what they will do to fix your problems, or they just downright tell you they won't fix it when it is THEIR responsibility as the landlord/park owners. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PARK IF YOU WANT A HOME WORTH YOUR MONEY! $750 is WAY too much for them to be asking for when these trailers are in the condition that are in! This park, and it's owners/employees, are PATHETIC!
