In the end "after nearly 4 years" they hired a contractor to dig up my yard which did not fix the issue - and then they left the yard damaged and didn't level it out like I was promised. They sent over someone who was fired for theft and re-hired soon after for 4 years and all he did was play games to avoid having to do his job.

They won't return emails, they ignore you, they only want your money and don't care about you one bit. 

I also had a 20ft tree limb that was cracked and could fall at any minute ignored for over a year and had to take a hand saw to it before someone was killed...

Lisa Drew is the main problem as far as I can tell - If you have to deal with her in any way make sure you send certified mail, keep all emails and avoid using the phone because she can deny the conversation ever took place.
