Anchor Graphics Inc. Leslie Goonsby Failed to deliver requested items to our company. They were very rude, disrespectful, & unprofessional. Mckinney, Texas

My company had ordered 10 aluminum, reflective signs. We received 10 coraplast, non reflective signs...NOT what we ordered. When Leslie, at Anchor Graphics was notified of this incorrect order she failed to correct it. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and called us LIARS. We offered to provide her with the "incorrect" signs & I was threatened to never step foot in her shop or contact Anchor Graphics. All we needed was an order correction, I do not understand. Such HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! She sent me a fax stating horrible defamation of my boss's & company's character & all we requested was a correction on our ordered product. I'm appalled at the attitude and bogus accusations that Leslie, from Anchor Graphics, tried to pin on our company. Even the incorrect product wasn't done right...ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
