Anchor Towing Threaten and intimidate when confronted Rockville, Maryland

This towing company is the choice of the condo corporation in Rockville, MD for towing cars from the complex that supposedly don't belong.  They  lay in wait for cars that park rather than be called by owners who want them to provide the service.  Predatory towing, that's what this is about.  When I called to confront them about towing and  try to nicely ask about getting on a "no tow" list while applying for tags over a weekend where the condo association is out, they said they can't work with me.  Then I contacted the condo association.  They indicated they aren't authorized to tow unless someone complains, yet they tow anyway at will and don't care.  I tried to be nice and when they became belligerent and said I won't deal with assholes and hung up, the guy used caller ID and called me back.  Then he threatened me that "I will find you and come and get you."  WTF?  This is ethical?  You need to beware of this company that they are run by thugs who thing they are those two companies that are on TV that can run without impunity and do as they please.  Sorry...but you come and find me, you will find more than you bargained for.  This is a rogue company run by thugs.  Deal with them accordingly.
