If you got to this site by using Anchor Bay Financial or AnchorBay Financial and are considering engaing with the company, suggest you check further.  It appears AnchorBay Financial (without the space in the name)  is the same person and operaton that is being pursued by the Secret Serive and Police in Huntington Beach, CA.

Suggest  you check RipOff Reports for Jim Hagen, Discount Capital Corp. and Discount Capital Corporation.  Specific reports are # 447226, 604137, 287185, 340828, 6100097.  The reports show a pattern of collecting acvance fees and disappearing.

AnchorBay Financial appears to be an attempt to use a legitiamte company with the name Anchor Bay Financial.  They eliminated the space between Anchor Bay so it shows up differently on a search.

The web site for AnchorBay Financial is the same site as the one for Discount Capital Corporation.  They just changed the name.

The site shows a Michigan phone number but the fax number is a Discount Capital number in CA.

Do not trust Anchorbay Financial, Jim Hagan, Mortgage Relief Project, LLC, Hagstirr props

AUTHOR: Fraudbuster - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, August 27, 2010

Jim Hagan has created Anchorbay Financial to continue his capital funding, capital searching, capital brokering, up-front money scam.

Please make sure you are dealing with a reputable company before doing any business with these or Discount Capital Corp.

Check out Rustan Laine of Edition.net and OSX Hosting as he has the same address in Huntington Beach as Discount capital.

Rustan Laine's Facebook picture looks just like Jim Hagan.  Very odd.

If anyone in Huntington Beach would like to confirm Jim Hagan's whereabouts, please search for Jim and Daphne Hagan on the net.  They have their family photos up for the world to see.  Compare the family pics to Rustan's Facebook pic.  I may be clouded by my hatred for this scammer but they look the same.

I have had independent confirmation that the photos on the web are indeed the person representing Discount Capital.

Check out  a site called Posterous on the net and enter Anchorbay as a search and you'll see Jim Hagan's name associated with it.

Put the contact phone number and fax number from the Anchorbay site into Google and you'll find Craigs List postings for jobs that promise you money for sending people to a Mr. Williams, the number is Hagan's.  That's how the scam works: get innocent people who need money to funnel those needing capital to the scammer.

Keep up the good posts from Minnesota.  We are closing in on this fool.
