My wife found them on craigslist. When she called they told us that they have many homes available in our area for rent to own. We where informed that in order to get access to their website we needed to give them our information to obtain a login. They then asked for a credit card which I was reluctant to give but they seemed legit and informed me it was for verification and also that in the future when we are interested in a house that we woulld pay a fee of $199.00 to cover all legal forms and processing kind of like when you pay the realtor for her services in finding you a home.

First there where only two homes in our are and one was very nice and the other was horrible. When we inquired about the nice house they informed us they would write a letter to the owner. Doing more research on their website i realized they have no contact with these home owners and we have to do all the work. I also realized that they charged me 199 right away before i even found a house. WHen i called for a refund they told me I would need to write a complaint in writing after getting 5 regection letters. But how dow I view 5 homes, and recieve 5 letters if they have no contact with the home owners.

THey are a third part soliciter and just really get a list of homes which may are behind on payments before foreclosure. It is a SCAMM!!!! STAY AWAY. I keep calling to get my money back and nothing.
