The customer service at Ancira Kia in San Antonio is the worst I have ever seen. Took the 2007 Sportage in at 600 miles, 1 month old and reported a shake in the steering wheel at 80 mph and the speed indicator was off by 7 to 9mph. The rude salesman first told me I had to have a appointment to leave it. I said today is Thursday and I am going out of town so I will not need the car. He stated they would not be able to look at it till Monday. I said fine I will bring it back Monday. He than said if I bring it in Monday they would not be able to look at it till Thursday. Well Duh! I said OK keep it now and look at it Monday. He then said he has never know a speed indicator to be off, I advised him I checked it with a radar gun for several days and it is off. He then asked why I was going 80mph! He then said they will look at it Monday but he did not know of any way they could fix it. I picked up the car Monday, nothing fixed and the only way they could check the speed was to follow in another car and they could not see that it was off, as far as the shake in the steering at 80mph, they rotated the tires and it is not as bad.
Well it is just as bad if not worse. Today I take this car in for a simple oil change. Salesman comes out and asks did you have a appointment, I said no I just want a oil change, he replied it will be about 2 hours without a appointment. I stated I can not make appointments for simple things as I never know when I will be in town and can get it done, he did not care. Took the kia to a quick change place. Bottom line is this dealer is quick to sell a new car but no service. Suggest buy a Honda, not a KIA. Honda is a much better made vehicle and the service at Honda as always been top notch.
