Anderson Signature Homes Inc. Shoddy Workmanship on New Build Home Promises Repairs but has not Followed Through! Covington Georgia

Purchased my home in October, have requested repairs on numerous occasions, owner promises to make repairs and then dones nothing.  Have not received any of my warrantry paperwork either.  Back yard failed from rain and poor yard design, basically they did not plant enough grass and it was late in the growing season. The builder did send the septic guy to smooth out the yards months later, as the yard failed over the septic's drain field, only after I got the State envolved, but they did not replant grass. The yard is starting to fail again, the contractor's septic Guy's bacK h*e damage sections of the front and side yard as he drove it on my sod and shrubber.   Electrical work was half done, they did not hook up the furnace, or outlets in the dining room, many outlets are very loose in the wall which is a fire hazard, there are exposed wires in the attic as they did not cap them or put them in a junction box, the Electrican messed up the insulation when he wired the furnace.  

The Boulder finally provided me with screens in May but they do not fit my windows, he has dropped off the wrong sized screens twice.  Most of the doors in the house are not leveled and are not installed properly, including all three entry doors.  The kitchen cabinets are not leveled, and the upper cabinets are so low on the stove side that it is a fire hazard.  Bathroom window leaks, door knob fell off the front door, and will not stay on, I cannot even use it most days as it is not leveled properly and sticks badly, the knob keeps falling off.  This company does poor quality work, does not honor their contract, DO NOT purchase from them without having everything fixed before you move in as getting them to come back will be a major pain.  At this point I will have to sue them to get the work completed as they have ignore text messages, phone calls and e-mails.
