Anderson signature homes Tim Anderson, Denise Anderson Terrible craftsmanship and scam artists Covington Georgia
*Consumer Comment: Contact the warranty company
I purchased my home in March of 2016 from Tim and Denise. In the contract it was started that everything would be fixed with the home after the closing. It is now April 2017 and the list hasn't Even been started on. I have been left to fix the problems myself. The doors in the house are uneven, many electrical outlets have quit working and resulted in being replaced, and the yard is terrible. The backyard is very uneven and absolutely zero grass was planted leaving the yard susceptible to erosion. The all around craftsmanship of the house is terrible. I highly advise everyone to stay away from purchasing homes from them.

If you have a new home, it may have a warranty on it. Take a look at your closing documents to see if you have the warranty information. If you do, contact them right away.
If you don't have a warranty and you have proof (usually something in writing) that they said they would take care of repairs, go to a real estate attorney to see what remedies you have in your state.
If you have no remedies, then do the repairs yourself. I don't mean to be harsh, but I see homes every day that are in poor condition because the owners waited too long to take care of something that was small initially and then grew into something huge/expensive. You will be much happier if you learn to care for your home. After all, it is your living space. Don't let a poor experience with a home builder/seller destroy your potential happy memories of your home. No, I don't work for these people at all.
