Anderson Van & Storage Inc. Mark Anderson Total scam on moving me DO NOT USE!!! Santa Maria California

Where to start with this complaint.  WOW!  Mark Anderson came to my house and we went through all items that were to be moved.  I went though all appliances, outside furniture and plants....everything was outlined to him. 

I get a quote of $2500.00 and I agreed to use them.  A few days later I get another quote for $3200.00 ($700.00) higher because he mis quoted my move and made a joke about it.  Not funny but I still decided to use these bozos.  The day of my move was a total disaster.  He sends 2 guys and some kid that after a few hours left.  2 trucks came for the move!!!  One guy all he did was complain and complain.  I think he was on drugs because he would wrap light bulbs like they were going to the moon but not the important and valuable things.  They stacked everything so high that after opening boxes I had many broken items.  When truck #1 was filled they decided to leave the rest of my items.  Patio furniture, plants, refrig, washer and dryer, couch.  Many items were left behind.  They did not use the second truck just decided to leave my belonging's.

Next day the truck arrived late.  I was informed it was so loaded and the truck was in such poor condition he coudn't travel past 45 mph.  This was a 6 hour drive and it took him all day.  They sub-contracted a few bozo's when here from another moving company who had such bad atttitudes.   When they were tired they left, not when the job was finished.

My dining room table is ruined (leg broke on a chair)  my brass bed is ruined,  many items broken and damaged and many belongings left behind.  I will be filing a complaint with the PUC but I am writing this to warn people not to use this company what so ever!!!!
