Anderson Window And Door poor service, poor quality , Internet

5-day old Anderson 3000 storm door installed according to manufacture's guidelines.  Window latch sloppy/loose/ready to fall off.  Deadbolt doesn't deploy easily.  Door latch catches 3 out of 5 times.  Move the catch plate to no avail.  Today door swung upon in wind so far that closer screws stripped from the door.  Door swung open and hit a awning bracket.  Now i have a dented door with a back lock/latch set a bug sceen that requires arm twisting strength to raise/lower.  Big disapointment when Anderson tells me "we don't cover wind and the installer is responsible"........but gee we'd like to thank you for using Anderson/EMCO products.  Home Depot is no better.  Once its installed it cannot be returned.  Pathetic response to a pathetic door.
