AVOID ANDGOR at all costs! I paid almost 400.00 for a personalized action figure as a gift. They strung me along for a few months, then stopped all communications, wouldn't return my payment and I never received the action figure.

Got the Better Business Bureau involved, wrote to the FL attorney general, and contacted their county law enforcement, but it was too late to get a refund on my credit card. I spent over $30 sending copies of all of my documents (credit card statement, emails, letters of complaint) to the FL attorney general's office, an investigator in FL who was sympathetic, and the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau was fully aware of what transpired with them (they would not respond to the BBB's contact attempts at all), yet they only gave Andgor a rating of "NR" for "not rated." If completely scamming customers doesn't qualify for an "F" rating, I'm at a loss.

I see that Andgor is now calling themselves "The All New Andgor" and their business address is now in CT instead of FL. No matter what, STAY AWAY unless you wanted to be robbed completely.
