If the statements that were made are so obvious to the client who paid for her services, why is a total stranger who is clearly unaware of the individual attorney able to make a defense based on maligning the opinion of a paying customer? How much do you know about the client or the attorney?

I'll be honest. I hear the same maligning statement from people who are mentally ill who don't know how to do anything for themselves and sit around and complain & whine themselves while they destroy the lives of many. It is not a court of public opinion which should determine the outcome of these statements. It is clear he or she is making assertions based on what he or she observed. She is not alone in needing a critical review of legal services of this attorney & anyone associated with any type of service no matter what it was that Andrea helped to retain or manange.

The personal life and work habits could play entirely a huge role in determining these things. Anything could. If you are to be labeled her great defender, out yourself. Tell us who you are. I never knew she had a secret lover. Why do you hold such a grudge against people who actually paid for something like a good or a service who expect for them to perform at the level at which they claim they are able and willing to do? Why is it any of your statements that determine the outcome for her?

I did consider the cost, but she lied to me about it, becuase in the end she made pay for many things that most likely she didn`t do, and this is not common practice among lawyers, because there are also honest attorneys.

You`re saying that I didn't leave any details on my report. Of course I didn't, and you know why?

Because if I had, she would understand who I am, and I want to stay anonymous.

Andrea M. Knight is a dishonest attorney and I can expect anything from her.

Trust me, if I could prove my claims with real evidence, I would have already filed a complaint at the STATE BAR!

However, now I've learned the lesson well, and next time I know what to do.

You made NO MENTION of the nature of the supposed difficulties you've had with this attorney other than whining about the fee.  Of course, what a smart person does is consider the cost of the service BEFORE taking the service!  You make no mention as to what you think this attorney did to mishandle your case.  For all we know, this case was not winable with her as the attorney of record or anyone else.
