Andreas Cahling Enterprises RIPOFF EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY BASED ON MISLABLED, MISLEADING, FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCT ITEMS! Oceanside, California

Regarding this shyster company's bodybuilding posing suits, it advertises them ALL to double as "finest quality beach and swimwear" as well, randomly labeling some of their men's posing suits as either just posing suits or others as posing "swim suits."  Conveniently it doesn't CLEARLY LABEL ON ITS ONLINE WEBSITE ORDERING PAGE that their so-called posing "swim suits" are unethically NON-returnable, with all swim suit sales "final," supposedly according to state "health laws." 

Yet its contradictory "return policy"--in which this arbitrary and misleading tidbit is hidden instead of being PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED--reads like this:

"If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within thirty days for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

In accordance with California health laws

-All swimsuit sales are final-"

I ordered one only pair of "Classic Posing Swim Suit," and promptly returned the item as it was woefully INADEQUATE and not at all even remotely "classic" as FALSELY LABELED.  The suit was UNWORN and returned via First-Class Mail parcel, delivery confirmation number: 0310 3490 0000 6221 9727.  The item was received by the shyster company on 25 April 2011--just 15 days after its order date of 10 April 2011.

This shyster company has outright IGNORED all MULTIPLE attempts of email contact via its own website to address and resolve this complaint--no doubt expecting to retain both this item's $46.90 payment as well as the posing "swim suit" for re-sale to their next unsuspecting customer.
