When the business owner is a compulsive lier, a fake and poor payer there is not much left to trust them. It's a subcontractor that delivers the work to the contractor at the expense of bad or unpaid workers.
Everyday he would come up with an excuse to not pay no matter how responsible or good you were he would manipulate the situation to end up paying only a small portion with long waiting periods. For your own good please stay away of Andres Figueroa - Horizon Development.
He will talk you into continue working with him, promising many things, talking trash of previous "dishonourable" employees. All a lie!
In top of all he comes up with drama, fabricate situations, even threats with going to the police or stuff like that which is funny when is he who is robbing not only me but many others.
Also I do have proof of all I am saying, hopefully the guys goes down soon.
