A few months ago I came across Andrew's ad for his lead generation mortgage online business. He said he would set me up for an initial investment of 5,000 to generate and sell leads to companies and make up to 500 a day. After giving him the money, he never gave me anything except excuses as to why he wasn't setting up the business like he promised. After a couple months of these excuses he just disappeared and haven't heard from him since. Fast forward to today and I came across a similar ad on Craigslist, only this time it's an ad business where he states for 3000 you post ads and sell a service that puts any website on the first page of Google. It goes like this.

1. We get websites on the 1st page of Google. We charge $1000 to the business for this. For example. A dentist in Boston would love to be on the 1st page of Google when someone types in "Boston Dentist" and hundreds of other search terms into Google. Dentists, Doctors, and tons of other kinds of businesses will contact your ad and be interested in buying our service.   The client pays $500 to get started and the other $500 AFTER their website is on the 1st page of Google. You are paid every time your client pays us. You can work part time or full time. The business is available 24/7/365. You can take time off whenever you want. You can work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. You receive 50% of the revenue from the sales that come from your ads.   He also still says his mortgage business:   2. We sell a lead generation business for $40,000.

The person that purchases a lead generation business is set up and shown how to buy and sell mortgage leads to banks and mortgage companies nationwide. They can buy a lead for $5 and resell it for $25-$50. It is entirely online too.   The client can pay with a down payment of $20,000 (split into 2 payments of $10,000). Payments are made on the other $20K every month from the revenue their business earns, so you will receive monthly payments on that portion until it is paid off. You get paid as we get paid. You receive 50% of the revenue from the sales that come from your ads.   If anyone is reading this, I urge you not to fall for this. This guy is a serious scammer who has been doing this for years apparently. I did not do my research the first time around and regret it. Don't do business with anyone online, only in person. He is going by the alias Andrew Gibson now, so be cautious.
