...is it "selective" customer service, or what? As I've seen another review here on Ripoff Report, I shake my head. ...is it "selective" customer service, or what? As I've taken a look at the reviews I see here on Yelp, I shake my head. I found Andrew Nguyen had also set up shop in Cupertino/Campbell (I paid several visits AT DIFFERENT DAYS AND TIMES here but the door was ALWAYS LOCKED-and not too long after that discovery, he abandoned that location also [none of the neighbors knew anything about the "business- operating" there]).santa Clara, Cupertino/Campbell, boy, that Andrew sure gets around. If you dig deep enough you will find he operates under more than one business name in more than one geographical location (American Credit Company-California, Pinnacle Credit Management- New York). To anyone contemplating getting "the business”, beware, this guy. Such "flighty", "unreachable contact" behavior is "red-flag" worthy. In my experience with this outfit in Santa Clara, credit repair time-line promises were made [60-90 days]. After the fee was paid, the excuses began as to why the stated credit repair objective was not "yet” met. Excuses such as, "We experienced a fire, and now we are all n the middle of relocating". Or, " One of our important associates has died, and we are in mourning, but still working on your file". Oh, and did I mention the other evasive technique he used of "handing me off to to correspond with an affiliate company that is "performing the actual credit repair"? I later went online and did more research on his operation- where I discovered complaints of other folks who have suffered at the hands of this fly-by-night, broken promises scammer, Andrew Nguyen. What an operation he runs. It's hard to accept, if the "positive" reviews are as legit as the "negatives" on some additional websites, that this scammer is still being allowed to rip so many people off of their hopes and hard-earned money for which they’ve toiled, and possibly gone deeper into debt, taking a chance on entrusting this apparently intermittent "non-finisher” to help them to achieve an improved credit bureau rating- but which for some, such as myself- never materializes and without explanation. And in which any "promised/contracted” effort to do so is ultimately abandoned. From my experience and in hindsight, you know it's a bad sign when month-after-month since paying his fee over 90 days ago, you find yourself constantly calling Andrew's listed phone number(s) and you're either told "we're working on it", or no one answers your call, and you finally come to the realization that your credit score "HAD NOT IMPROVED" after all that time, and, your hard-earned money was wasted. I hope this post serves as a warning to anyone who may be considering what Andrew Nguyen is peddling, by whatever "business” names he is allowed to use, when he might attempt to give "YOU" the business. As already demonstrated here on Ripoff Report and other websites, you'd apparently be rolling the dice with your hopes, and your money. If I could post to Fb, Twitter, snap chat, linked-in and others I surely would. If anyone reading this post subscribes to any of them and agree with or also experienced similar to what I have said here you have my permission to post this to any place you feel someone would benefit. Semper-Fi, Andrew? Really? Beware this guy!

Don't believe anybody the anonymous writes things online

Whoever you are you are definitely not a client of this company.

Your complaint was carefully manufactured with the only intent of malice.

Had you been an actual client a simple phone call to our office would fix any problem. We hold a high standard at Pinnacle and the offices that you have mentioned, their locations are not affiliated with our company in any way. We have no office in Santa Clara, never have. Our headquarters has always been in New York. Interesting because if you were a client of Pinnacle you would definitely know that, considering our company address is printed on the footer of each page, not to mention on our website...Which leads me to ask....Have you ever visited the Pinnacle Credit website?

Before you begin to write things down on a public forum try to get your facts correct, Yeah? because it is not going to make you look credible by lying and I understand out of your complete envy, and jealousy of our tremendous success, one Monday evening precisely on Jun 02 2018 at 09:17 PM the frustrations of your current line of work that you have a strong distaste for, including your own previous reservations about our success FINALLY compelled you to use a whopping 0.09% of your cognitive functions and you just began to type the F%%%% away :). Now, look at you!

If your goal was to convince an audience that you are FAR honest and not the brightest either, you did one heck of a job. If your goal was to somehow dissuade people into having a negative opinion about Pinnacle Credit and its members based upon a nasty complaint that is 100% unfactual and unverifiable (Anonymously written) then you are at a huge disadvantage. Try a little harder... that's my advice

Complaints like this believe it or not actually bring us a lot of business so for that, I thank you for Free Advertising. Could you make a couple more 100% anonymously written, unfactual, entirely inaccurate and blatantly malicious complaints? You're great at that.
