I answered an ad on Craigslist.com for a home business opportunity for buying into a pshic line. I was to pay $250 dollars and I would receive training, software, and extension that I could wok at all time, and whatever clals I answered we would split half the profit. The line paid $4.99 a minute, and I would receive $2 of that.

the first time I met with Mr.Ramirez i deceided to buy into the program, and was told to come back the next day for training. I came back the next day and was shown how to use the softeware that was suppose to come with my package, and after writing him a check, I was told they would put me to work that Friday and to call Thursady to let them know I was ready and to do a test run.

I called all day Thursday and no one answered the phone or bothered to return my call, and I called all day Friday the day that I was scheduled to be my first day of work, and again no one answered or bothered to call me back. Yet he managed to make it to the bank to cash my check immediately.

It has been now almost three weeks and still no one has bothered to answer or return my phone calls, and when I went by his house no one was home so I left a letter stating my complaint. He has not bothered to respond to that as well.

Either I get my money back, or Not only will I be filing against him in small claims court, as well as here, and the better business buerau, but also the IRS. Since I am sure there are other people who have paid him with a money order or check, and never got to work or their money back either.
