After determining that Andrew Stevens was not going to deliver a list of prospective employers (as promised by Managing Director,Eugene Krohn, on various occasions) I was promised a refund by Vice President & General Manger, Susan Leahey.
This list of employers was the primary reason that I elected to enter into a business agreement with the corporation at all. On May 15th, Susan Leahey confessed that there was NO SUCH list and she then conferred with Eugene and exteded an offer of a return of my fee less the cost of some printed materials. I agreed to this offer and felt the situation had been brought to an acceptable conclusion.
Although I have received emails indicating that I would be getting the refund in the near future I still have nothing. I have no confidence that the company will honor the agreement. I note other complaints about Andrew Stevens and fear that third party action is the only hope for getting that which I am due.

Complaint Resolution

I want to report the successful resolution of complaint 342405.
Last Friday following a meeting with Gene Krohn all unresolved issues were cleared. The cooperative spirit and efforts of Mr. Krohn were vital in reaching this agreement.
I wish that such an extended period of time had not elapsed prior to our meeting for the issue might have been resoved without rancor and certainly much more timely.
