Let me express my apologies to those of you who arrived here under this inaccurate and false statement. As I have been forced to learn, false statements made on the Internet are a difficult matter to correct. Except my name, everything in this statement is false, including the name of the person who wrote this.

The person who wrote this is not named Charlie and he does not live in Los Angeles. This person is hiding behind a false name and statements that are generalized and not specific to any fact. This information is nothing more than slander, harassment, and defamation and let me assure you that I am working with the necessary parties to right this wrong.

I stand by my long prosperous record of highly creative and technical work within the entertainment field. I have worked with great individuals and companies and have been incredibly grateful to those who have put their trust and confidence in me. This trust bestowed upon my company and my staff has driven us all to work tirelessly and with great purpose to achieve every goal at the highest level possible.

Since 1998, I have simply been involved in too many projects, working with too many great artists, filmmakers, companies, and content creators for any single person to ever be able to deny the authenticity of my work ethic and background.

I am also a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, a respected Entertainment Union who conducted a thorough and vigorous process to verify and authenticate that my work record was accurate and true. The MPEG: called past employers; reviewed an abundance of letters of recommendations; required various past work experience information; required that I pass various work and safety courses; and accounted for all paystubs submitted by past employers who engaged my services.
