The Legal name of AAE Global Express is All Access Express 

1. We used AAE Global services to ship a package to our customer in China on Oct26,2015 .
2. the package was refused by recipient for an unknown reason
3. according to AAE EXpress .the package was returned back to distribution center.
4. We asked AAE express to resend the package at our cost in late Dec 2015 .
5. The recipient complained about not receiving the package, and we inquired with AAE
6. we were informed by AAE that the package had been destroyed at our consent.
7. AAE claimed they notified us by phone on Jan 29, 2016
but no one was available to take the phone.
8. We obtained in/out call history, and there was not a call from a number owned by AAE
9. AAE investigated the issue for 2 weeks, without resolve
10. Claim Department at AAE sent me a claim form, we filled it out and submitted it on
May 18, 2016. We requested a full refund for the invoice in the amount of $1087.00
11. we contacted AAE every week for updates and finally we were informed by AAE that
they would only reimburse $100.00

We don't accept this offer, This is absolutely not
a simple matter of a lost or destroyed package, this is a scam committed by AAE Global
Express both in USA and China.   AAE plays the same trick to almost all of their customers   on regular basis. We want to stop them defrauding
other innocent consumers.

We will also contact all relevant Government Agencies to investigate our complaint and
take the necessary actions if if AAE is found to have committed any illegal activity.
