 My husband ordered a trial sample of AndroPhase with instructions that he did not want another bottle delivered until he spoke with his doctor. He was charged 17.99 for s&h. One month later they withdrew 114.43 from his checking account. We called the day after and canceled telling them that he did not request another bottle. The didn't respond as to why it was shipped but said when we received the bottle that we had to request a return authorization and pay a $12 restocking fee plus we had to insure and pay for shippping. The second bottle only had a $9.99 s&h fee why was first almost $18? We didn't get the second bottle till 6/28. When we called for the return authorization we asked why the pills were shipped (on 6/22) when we cancelled, they said it was probably in process, 8 days. After all they are in a suite in a building not a factory. Still haven't tried product, doctors appointment not until August, cardiologist. But from what I read not worth it.
