Andy Stephens consulting, mywebdesigner.us Does not pay his contractors, theft of services whittier, California

As a freelance designer, I work for several people as a contractor. Andy Stephens offered me and as I have found out many others contracts to work for him. He owes me $5400.00 since july 14th. It started as 5 days to process, he is going to mail checks, and my personal favorite, "I am leaving now to deposit into your account" and then disappear for a few days. He made a partial payment via paypal that... surprise! bounced. Avoid him at all costs. He is a pathological liar and a theif. I am contacting the sites that I have done and also letting them know that the design of their site is stolen.
