Andy West of Austin Texas and Dallas Texas - Has been running shell companies that he likes to boast as "Solving a Problem".  He promotes these BS companies typically with a video that he narates and he has meetings to get to know people and worm his way around to find out who has money.  He will then promote them into thinking they can fund this business and own it - he will talk you out of $1000 or $200,000 like he did a little old lady in Austin TX, when her husband died.  Andy talked her out of all of her money and then promomopted a sec deal and took investors money over and over again ! He ran this operation from an office in Austin TX on 4th street with Eric jj his gay lover.  When the company New Century Living we evicted for not paying rent - they ran to Dallas Tx to start the scam in the Dallas area.  They worked out of an old church in Dallas and ran the scam from there until they were ran out of that location for no payment of the rent.  PLEASE NEVER GIVE any money to this scam artists or let him in your life.  He will take your credit cards and checks and steal every cent you have.
