Andy's Auto Sport ripoff We ordered a muffler on Nov 3 2006 for $85.01 was charged $29.94 S&H and still have not recieved the part Milipitas California

My Name is Donnie Patterson,I operate D.C.& Sons Performance Shop here in Searcy, AR.I have built my reputation on quality of both product and service. We are a small shop and value each and every customer we have.On November 3, 2006, my wife ordered a muffler for one of our cars from Andy's Auto Sport after my son saw their ad in a prominent sport compact magazine.The part was paid for via credit card, so they already have there money and after two different calls we still have no part on December 14, 2006. No Tracking number, no management to speak to, juts some jackass on the phone who could care less he is working for a company that takes advantage of people. Usually when you have a new customer you try to make a good first impression, unfortunately Andy's Auto Sport could care less,as long as they get your money. I will help make sure others do not have to deal with them by spreading the word and will pursue all available resources to see that they are held accountable.
