I ordered lenses from their website. The application said it would fit my car. The part took almost 30 days to arrive. Then once they arrived they didnt fit. I called the manufacturer of the lenses and they told me that this part would not fit my vehicle.
I called Andys for a return and refund. They told me I need to send a picture showing the part doesnt fit on my vehicle. I have never had such a lame excuse for a return. Mind you I told Jason G that the manufacturer told that the part will not fit my vehicle. He told me it was company policy, I read the policy on thier site and there is no such bull crap like that. So now I have to take a picture and try to get my money back. I will never buy from them again.

Terms and conditions are different from company policy. Lots of companies require proof of what customers are claiming. Aftermarket auto parts suppliers are often subjects of scams by people who are educated about cars. Companies need to be 100% sure you are legit, and photos are the best way no? You have to understand, anything you say, means nothing to an aftermarket parts supplier, they make off road and show use products, not OEM stuff. Totally different way of doing things. But before you trash a company BECAUSE OF THEIR POLICIES, you ougghta check out some other aftermarket part suppliers, and read thier terms and conditions, they are all almost just copied and pasted, almost 100% the same. the return policy date is usually the only difference, 10 day, 14 day, 30 day...."I read the policy on thier site and there is no such bull crap like that." Company policies are not listed on websites, they are in the handbook or pamphlet or whatever that they give new employees, but in any case, not available to the public.
