I purchase an Angel Bed in 2005.  The bed was delivered filthy and stained in grease.  It needed to be replaced.  I waited several more weeks before the replacement arrived.  The bed was far from TemperPedic quality.  The bed slowly started to deteriorate by collapsing around me.  I attempted to file a warranty claim with the one person, Jeannie, that only accepts emails for warranty claims.  After sending approximately 10 photos with the requested ruler measurements I was advised that my photos were not taken as instructed and I could ship the mattress to them for inspection.  The bed is not functional.  I am now forced to purchase a replacement from a reputable manufacturer and will initiate a law suit for their unfair and deceptive trade practices.  Jeannie advised me in her reply to do what I want...great customer service, NOT.  A TOTAL RIPOFF.

I had very good experience with their customer support; I had ample time to evaluate the mattress, it was not for me; they did as said and the mattress will be picked up free of charge on Monday.

We at Angelbeds.com pride ourselves on our customer service. I sincerely apologize about the trouble that you experienced. We do require photos taken in order to validate a warranty claim, but the arduous process you experienced is certainly atypical. 


In 2005, we were working with a manufacturer that is no longer in business. We have since increased the quality of our product and since our company was founded we have experienced a defective rate of well less than 1 percent. While they are rare, defective foams can occur.

We have thousands of satisfied customers and numerous testimonials both on our website and on our Facebook page validating our high quality products and customer service. 

This issue was settled to the customer's full satisfaction. Our customers are our biggest source of new business. We stand behind our product (we are the only company to offer free return shipping during our trial period) and customer satisfaction is critical to the long term success of our business.

If there is anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to contact us. We answer our phones and emails 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
