Several years ago I purchased the Super Protector License Plate cover from Angel Enterprises relying on their printed and advertised statement that the plate covers were completely LEGAL.

A couple of weeks ago, I was stopped by a City of Scottsdale Police Officer and given a citation for having this license plate cover. I told the officer that the company had been recommended to me by a retired police officer years ago. I asked for a warning but he insisted on giving me a citation.

I went online to find information regarding Angel Enterprises so I could request compensation for a product they sold as "legal" when it obviously is completely illegal. I could not find any information except the Ripoff Report site.
