I purchased Angel Steven's program "Process At Home" for processing rebate checks for $197. This cleared my bank 05/05/2008. To this date I have received nothing either by email or regular mail.

I received a phone call from Tax Club (888-773-7180) regarding starting my business and offering (for a fee) to deal with taxes, etc. for my new business with Angel Stevens. I explained to him that I had received nothing so far. He gave me a number to call (888-514-6001 option2) and a website address to cancel (www.cancellation@processathome.com) and another website (www.support@processathome.com). When I tried to access the websites (several tries) windows could not locate either one. When I tried the phone, all I got was a rapid busy signal and I have tried for 2 days. I called Tax Club back and told him (Andez - 866-840-1829 ext 4315) of my difficulty. He tried also without any luck. He said he would look into this problem and get back with me. He also referred me to your website.

When I read a report from one of your complaints, it gave the Los Angeles address. I called information to see if I could call the company but was told there was no such listing at that address.

I feel used and abused and want a refund of my $197 but don't know where to turn. I still have 65 days left. Can you help? Thank you.
