Ettore (Ed) Simeone abruptly
terminated from the Law Offices of Thomas K. Campagna

 As per Howie Krestner, representative of The Law Offices of
Thomas K. Campagna, the firm had no choice   but to
terminate former Suffolk Family Court Judge Ettore (Ed) Simeone as a result of multiple
conflicts of interest that have recently surfaced.  It is ironic that on the website of Thomas K
Campagna, prior to Ettore Simeones abrupt departure, Simeone was referred to
as a retired Suffolk Family Court Judge, however it is well known that he was censured
as a Family Court Judge in 2004 because he improperly
failed to disclose his relationship with a woman with whom he was romantically
involved who repeatedly appeared in his court.  The Law Offices of Thomas K. Campagna tried to
hide the fact that Ettore Simeone was actually censured as a Family Court Judge
by referring to him as being a retired Family Court Judge.

Any and all cases that Mr. Simeone participated in at any
level along with his previous law firm and partner Thomas K. Campagna can
result in a total legal conflict of interest, effecting 100s of cases that
were represented by this firm.

This will inevitably result in similar outcomes as did in the case of
 Manditch vs Manditch in which the lawyerof Devon Manditch, Donald Blydenburgh
 failed to disclose to its opponent that
he was a former presiding officer of the Suffolk Legislature.

 Judge David Freundlich, Supervising Judge of the Suffolk
County Family Court, allowed this and was well aware of the numerous conflicts
of interest within his court under his watchful eye and allowed these
injustices to continue.
