Angela Penbrook Productions Company never delivery shipment of ebook, never call back, promise over and over someone will call in 24hrs.or 48hrs., keep saying something wrong with their data base cannot find my personal information no record, never reply to my e-mail for online questions and other technical issues with this company very unprofessional, and representative left me on whole for 4 to 8 minutes never came back etc. Los Angeles California

I have purchase my order sent (Saturday) March 29, 2008. I have been calling ever since Sunday, Monday, Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening, Thursday midnight turns to Friday morning.

I have been calling concerning when I will get started with the rebate processors. The representative asks for my home number twice and e-mail, and say to me an expert will call me in 48hrs since yesterday and no call again.

I never receive a call yet. I feel like I am getting no answers, no calls, & nobody seem like they care. What kind of business is this I am serious and ready to work and I want to make a better living in my life and I risk all my money?

All the representative gave me is website and I did my password/username and I click on the started guided and I read the 53 pages since Monday night after I call to get a few answers about it and how I can get a copy of it because when I try to print it was not coming out right and only receiving blank copies and few cut off cannot read it. I suppose to get a delivery shipment never did. I suppose to get an email of the new version so I can download it but have not received it yet. I keep on getting promise after promise what is going on with this business.

I am anxious to get started on this, but I have problems with the representatives of not doing what they suppose to do for as helping me and contacting me back sending my message to the supervisor. I have been waiting patiently since a whole week. I feel unappreciated and I am not satisfied at all.

The company will not contact me or help me on this rebate processor or whatever questions I may have concerned it. I will like a refund back or I will kindly go elsewhere. So, I ask for my refund back on April 4, 2008 and still getting a hassle about my money ever since March 29, 2008.

I call back on April 8, 10, 11 and last call April 14, 2008 and keep saying same thing over and over and then they say one thing and next day someone else say something totally different. On April 11, 2008 the company (co-worker) stated, I don't have no record on file on me no name, no last four digit of my credit care number, no address, no phone number, no e-mail, nothing at all. The manager suppose to call me back from my last call on April 11 and he say wait in 3 business days, so I call back to the company again on April 14, 2008 call back twice on this day and representative told me to wait to access my refund status now it show something on me but before no trace on me and they have problems with their data base system to find my record on file.

I have been going through hard ache, stress out over my money, and furious all at one time. I have all my proof of my documents and now they want give me their location just their state no zip code because they say it unauthorized to give this kind of information out.

Or just put in City of Irvine ,CA and there is different numbers to call the city and complain we need to all complain everyday email and call to get something going.
