Paid the $197 "Risk Free" lifetime membership fee on 4/1/08, expecting to receive the quick-start guide and login credentials within five minutes as advertised. It's now more than one week later and I'm still waiting for a response to the multiple help request emails I've sent to the listed "Customer Care" email address. Since there is no published contact phone number or physical address for Angela's company, I'm filing a merchant dispute claim with my credit card company.
It's a sad statement about our greedy society when companies like Angela's take advantage of people who are just trying to earn an "honest" living during difficult economic times. I'm sure going to do my part to help shut her down!
